She was appointed Head of the Humanities Division at Oxford in 2011, where she oversaw the launch of the Oxford Research Centre in the Humanities (TORCH) and the Ertegun Graduate Scholarship Programme in the Humanities. He also gives lectures on Polymer Engineering to final year students.Andy has held research grants valued at over £56million, supervised around 30 successful PhD students and 20 post-doctoral research fellows, published 3 textbooks and over 350 papers.
