Now I know why the room had esr plugs. When we called down to have some sent up we were told they don't do that, we'd have to come down and get them. The check-in and room experience was far from welcoming or cheery. The hotel is actually beautiful, my room was decent but the bed is really uncomfortable and my back is killing me.They had the pool, workout room and room service closed due to covid (even though other chains have reopened them -late July 2020) We booked a room for 4 and there were only 2 bath towels.
