As an experienced SAFe program consultant in the midst of my own SAFe rollout, I was hesitant to purchase this book - because I already know and practice SAFe. Excellent read for anyone participating in or leading an agile transformation! You won't want to put down. Where there are dependencies, lack of clarity around larger initiatives and poor existing ways of syncing across multiple teams, I think this book will be really helpful. Instead of the expected September 5 hearing—which was in place because of the announced rollout on the 10th—a hearing now is set for September 25. Alex did an AWESOME job sharing the practical side of SAFe implementation and emphasizing with examples/scenaiors the importance of the required mindset shift at all levels.
