The wind is not that horrible, it's only too loud when you use loudnes equalization. I can't hear anything but wind noise, red zone, gun shots and vehicles. I get 144 FPS solid and steady, and that is on true 4K. Maybe what he is saying is that this is by design and the developers don't care, as they shouldn't.
