The Troy location didn't know about a promotion that every Total Hockey was running starting in October. All had a nice clearance selection. I unfortunately wouldn't recommend the Troy location to anyone after this, but still have a very high opinion of the Novi location where the employees have been nothing but helpful, friendly, and now apologetic about how the Troy location treated us (and my opinion of the Novi store is based on about a dozen visits, I've only been to the Troy location twice but the second encounter was more than enough for me).Great customer service! The entire Troy team works hard to provide an outstanding customer experience and we are glad you agree. I will tell every hockey family about this store! I figured hey its free, why not.
