Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce Go! An underrated classic, though not without problems, but worthy of attention. During fights, his hands become in saws. They tried to make the monkeys part of the circus, but Otto had no use.
He's the comedian of the team, often jumping into serious situations with a funny observation or comment. He's incredibly optimistic, and is rarely provoked to true anger.
