Given my complaints (included below), one would think that an upstanding businessman would a) reach out to he who complained, acknowledge it, then try to fix it- it's a fairly simple formula; b) rather than assume the tenants are fabricating some elaborate lie, perhaps the owner should question the work ethic of himself and those he hires (ignored complaints from tenants, a maintenance man who was unable to fix a leaking pipe, and who fixed the water-stained ceiling tile with spray paint instead of replacing it, a neglected order from the fire department to fix various code violations (they thought they could sell the place before having to make the repairs.
