Mom love it! I had an epi with my last labor (#4) and I’m now 33 weeks 4 days with #5 and am planning a natural water birth and the main thing I’m scared of if that horrid “ring of fire”. As soon as you feel this sensation, stop pushing! Nothing good will come of this.Not only are you more likely to tear but you will cause yourself incredible amounts of stress and set yourself up on the path of the ring of fire in your birth.Doctors and midwives are there to guide you during your labor but ultimately they cannot feel what you do and tell you exactly when to push and not too.You have to trust your body and follow its lead.
