These seats have three-year term limits and during a normal year, we will have at least one seat coming up for election. Located at the base of the Mogollon Rim in Central Arizona, this community sits just under 6,000 foot elevation and enjoys comfortable summers and mild winters. The association is 100% volunteer-based and focused strictly on parks maintenance and beautification (we are not an HOA).
