IT Support Professional-Hardware/Software

Velocity Staff, Inc. is working with our client in the Kansas City area to identify an IT Support Professional to join their growing team. This role will be responsible for providing first line technical support of computer software and hardware products and services by responding to and diagnosing problems through discussions with users in person and remote. In addition, this role will work as part of a small but dynamic IT team to assist with providing best in class IT support as well as support with projects as assigned.

Technical Advisor-.Net/C# Developer

Velocity Staff is currently working with our client located in Overland Park, Kansas to identify an experienced Technical Advisor-.Net/C# Developer to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be responsible for assisting in the development of web applications design and architecture as well as hands on development. The right candidate would also have a strong understanding and experience with Visual Studio/.Net with hands on experience working with turn-key web development projects.

Software Engineer

Velocity Staff, Inc. is working with our client in the healthcare IT space to identify a Software Engineer to join their team. Our client is building a robust cloud-based solution to support healthcare providers and their patients as they adopt precision medicine and genetics/genomics as the new standard of care. We are looking for a skilled web developer to be a key player in the coding, innovative design and layout of our product. This individual will create high-level design, establish detailed design specifications, and enforce technical and software coding standards. Responsibilities also include process alignment and team mentoring.

Technical Support Analyst

Velocity Staff, Inc. is currently working with a wonderful client in the Kansas City area to add to their professional Technical Support team.  The right candidate will provide first-level technical support of computer software and hardware products and services. Respond to and diagnose problems through discussions with users. This includes problem recognition, research, isolation, and resolution steps. Resolve basic to moderately complex problems while referring more complex problems to senior level technicians.
